About Us

My name is Julie Branstetter, and I manage and maintain this site as an online expression and outreach of my Christian faith. I and my husband, Mike Branstetter, are both ordained ministers as well. We married on February 17th, 2001 and have three beautiful children ranging in ages 9 to 21. We also always seem to have a lot of pets in our home. Dogs, a cat, chickens, hamsters, fish, guinea pigs, etc. It comes with the "we have kids" territory, I guess! We attended and graduated Nashville Theological Seminary together, each receiving a Bachelors of Theology for Christian ministry. On June 9th, 2015, we graduated the CAMS program through the Church of God and were ordained as licensed exhorters. We have also been ordained and licensed by the National Association of Christian Ministers and are ordained to perform all forms of religious services, including communion, dedications, marriage, burial and baptisms. Ultimately these things don't really matter, but they do help you understand who we are.

We have over 22 years of ministry experience, including youth and adult worship, youth and adult teaching services, coordinating and leading small groups, and fundraising outreach ministry programs. We currently serve through our non-profit Christian ministry, Kingdom Covenant Ministries, as evangelists and attend and serve at Elm City Global Methodist Church, where we work as music ministers for the Sunday worship services and as youth & teen ministers.  We love to serve the Lord in everyway possible. This is what we will always do. Our non-profit ministry was founded on November 25th of 2008 with a purpose is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to make disciples for the Kingdom of God. In simple terms, it is "to know Christ, and make Christ known." We work at this mission through music and teaching and through The Natty Gambit website.
