Six Bean Chili Queen

If you like chili with beans, you'll love this protein packed, full flavor chili recipe.
The beans are soft and creamy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Pink Beans

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Black Eyed Peas

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Green Pigeon Peas

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Chick Peas

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Small Red Beans

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Goya Black Beans

  • 1 - 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes

  • 1/2 lb. Sausage, cooked & drained

  • 1/2 lb. Hamburger, cooked & drained

  • 1 Medium Onion chopped roughly

  • 3-4 Tablespoons Chili Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Cumin Seeds

  • 2 Smashed Cloves Garlic

  • (Opt.) 1 or 2 Chunks of Smoked Bacon Ends (or Pork Fat)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Toppings: Shredded Cheddar, Sour Cream, and Corn Chips


Instructions:

  1. Brown sausage and hamburger together and drain.

  2. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker (or in a soup pot on the stove).

  3. Slow cook for 6 hours.

  4. Top with shredded cheddar, sour cream and corn chips.


This hearty chili is sure to fill and please, and it makes great leftovers too.
